Сеходня говорю Дракоше, что от шоколада сама отказаться не могу ...И не отказываюсь. 
Просто прекращаю есть хлеб (я его и так не очень люблю), железно не ем после шести (штрафилась я иногда , но вообще стараюсь каждый день), и никакой картошки. Неделя - пары кг как не бывало!

Сегодня я поняла, что танцы лучше всего диету заменяют) правда, здоровье немного порчу. Чуть в обморок сегодня не грохнулась)
